Big post

Last week wasa awesome! I graduated, picked out my wedding dress and oh yeah I finished school!!! woo hoo

My honey was at my graduation along with most of my family and some extended family friends.

After graduation we all went to Javiers and celebrated!


Macy's is closing so I decided to indulge myself and bought some Vera Wang by Wedgewood crystal candle holders and a rose bowl. I really love them, they are my first wedding present to myself. 80)

Well, sorry all my many readers 80) life had been so crazy but I almost get to take a breath. I graduate on Friday Feb 22!!!!! I'm so excited

I was able to stand in on a kidney transplant surgery on tuesday and it was amazing. I(and 2 students from other schools) was able to watch the kidney being taken out of the non related donor. After the kidney is out it is put in an ice bath and flushed out with cold saline to get all the extra blood out so there is less chance of rejection. We then walked with it next door and got to watch it being implanted into the recipient. We also got to look at the recipients heart during the surgery via transesophegal echocardiogram (a probe was stuck down his throat and ultrasound is used to view the different chambers and valves of the heart.

After that great day I had to work all night so I was understandably exhausted!! My feet still hurt but they will recover.

Thursday (valentines day) is our big final test and lab check off we also have out last paper due.

Well love ya'll I'm gonna have to head off to bed for the big day tom. say some little prayers for me.
