Well ood title i know but there is an explination. Durring the month of August I have had extreamly bad allergies. To the point where I have to take meds around the clock and prop my self up at night to breath. Anyhow a fellow nurse Sarah had a previous co worker who irrigated her husbands sinuses, this entails taking a rather large syrnge filling it with normal saline and shooting it up a nostril to flush out the sinuses and thus clear out the congestion. It was almost four A.M. and we were prob not functioning with all brain cells so we decided what the heck lets try this and see if it works(we were at the hospital working, just in case something went wrong the E.R. was close). We proceded to cover me in a towel to protect from any potential splatter, Sarah then proceded with a few attempts at a low velocity with not much reslut other than me swallowing a lot of saline. The third time was the charm in this case, sarah pulled out the stops and let her rip sending saline through my nasal sinuses and shooting out the other side. In between Sarah turning red from laughing and me recouperating from the niagra falls we had created I was able to breath for a short while out of both sides of my nose. 80)
